Terms and Conditions:

The cost is $30/night with 30A RV Power. The full amount is due and payable at time of reservation.
A full refund will be paid if cancelled more than 1 week before stated arrival date. 1/2 the amount will be refunded if cancelled between 1 week and 2 days before scheduled arrival. No refunds will be given if cancelled after midnight on the second day before arrival.
Your camping site will be ribboned off and marked with your name and site number.
Please leave your site clean and free of hay and manure when you go. If you tie horses to your trailer, please fill in any divots dug out.
Nicola Valley Rodeo Association is a non-profit organization. We rely on the generosity of our members & volunteers to maintain the rodeo grounds.
